pisa 3.0

A new version of pisa has been released. It offers the following new features: 

• Uses the html5lib standard conform parsing the documents
• Uses a CSS lib to support almost all selectors and styles that make sense in PDF as defined in CSS 2.0
• Complete rewrite and therefore more consistent behaviour
• Integration of pyPdf to support backgrounds
• And of course we still have support for complex tables, different page layouts with dynamic and static frames, and a lot more...
